Fixing Zebra Olno's oily grip problem

This mechanical pencil is great; Unlike its father model, this one has bigger grip and you can extend graphite rod's length by slightly pressing notch between upper and lower part of the product inside your hand without reaching for the end of pencil for the button.
But the problem is, after some use, oily substance will cover the outside of the grip and that will seep into your blotting paper and newspaper, and probably end with a part of toner getting transferred to the grip itself.

Here's how to solve it by dissolving all that oil and extracting it from the grip itself.

Disassemble mechanical pencil and take grip part from the main body.
Prepare a flat or long airtight container, small pill bottle or even disposable plastic container would be enough. (Use plastic wrap to seal it)
Drop the grip in mixture of isopropyl alcohol and dish soap.
Leave the container sealed for 2 days or longer.
Remove grip from container and wash it in running water (hot or cold) for few minutes.
You'll see some opaque things floating around too, but disregard it.
Thoroughly wash it. Vigorously. Really hard.
Ta-da, now the oily feeling is gone.

If you start to feel or see oily substance leaking in and out of the grip, repeat it.
